Tatung U10

Sun briefly licensed some of their SPARC platforms to clone manufacturers like Tatung. I happened upon a number of Tatung COMPstation U10-440R2U clones of a Sun Ultra 10 workstation at my local Goodwill ComputerWorks and decided to collect two of them. They were decent if somewhat slow computers at the time and the price I paid for them was easily justified by the pairs of 256 MiB PC RAM SIMMs that came with them. The mainboard appeared to be a fairly direct copy from the Sun Ultra 10 workstation which made software compatibility a simple matter. The rest was commodity PC hardware.
